La Cupula restaurant has amazing 360 views of the city. The food is decent with very affordable prices. We were a group of six with champagne and food and paid a little over 100 dollars.

The food is very good. The view is just perfect, the service is very good too. The prices are reasonable. It was hard to book a reservation, tho, however we got a table right after getting there. Very nice place
